Почемуто при загрузке некоторых плагинов, в основном rar-архивов, они не загружаются а открываются как текст. Тоесть mime-тип у них text/plain. Что недороботка админа?

у меня такое происходит в лисе, а ие помоему нормально воспринимает

он, скорее всего, плюет на mime-тип и определяет тип содержимого по расширению.
