Нашел как настриваются цвета в панелях. А можно ли как-то и цвета диалогов и сплиттера и меню понатроить? Как в ФАРе например? Или TC берет только виндовые цвета?
На странице скриншотов на этом сайте есть и такой где вроде бы они настроены. Там еще бэеграунд черный, а остальное - зеленое.

Можно использовать Aezay TC Color Presets или вручную сохранять\копировать разделы [COLORS] и [Searches] из wincmd.ini.
