Для 32-битной версии обязательно нужен экспорт ANSI-версий FsFindFirst и FsFindNext.
Описанная в начале темы проблема тоже вполне реальна. Плагин возвращал для этих функций Boolean (1 байт), а нужно BOOL (4 байта). Если три оставшихся байта были не равны 0, то получалось, что плагин всегда возвращал True и TC входил в бесконечный цикл.
