Да,хотелось бы.Но такая тема уже существует.Поиск рулит.
А пока на выбор XNView в Listere,либо IEView.wlx,a k IE прикручен DjVu plugin.
В принципе занимаюсь,но пока ничего путного не вышло.Если что-то рожу-выложу.
P.S. А размножать темы не советую.Модераторы вряд-ли обрадуются Smile
