Как сделать так, чтобы интернет страницы открывались Lister плагином ieView сразу в развёрнутом (полноэкранном) виде?

Если только IEView, то не знаю. А если чтобы Lister всегда запускался в полноэкранном режиме - то развернуть его и выбрать пункт меню Опции -> Запомнить позицию.

Спасибо, так всё работает! А может можно ещё как-то маску задать на расширения в настройках Listerа? - вэб-страницы в полном режиме, а пикчерсы, к примеру, в свёрнутом, а?

Нет, такого нельзя. Разве что через скрипты... Но тут я уже не спец.
