Как сделать так чтобы TC по умолчанию при открытии файла в архиве не спрашивал, а распаковывал весь архив и запускал файл...

Только внешними прогами/скриптами. Например, с помощью PowerPro повесить на появление окна свойств архива нажатие клавиш {tab}{tab}{enter}

если в wincmd.ini разделе [Packer]
добавить строчку ExpertMode=1, то без вопросов будет запускаться файл, но к сожалению весь архив не распаковывается Sad
