Спасибо, заработало.
Такая фигатень только:
Названия в [=shelldetails.SVN short Url] идут в UTF-8 и при показе не ковертируются в win-1251 (русские имена папок и файлов).
Как быть?

Вынь XP SP1.
Но похоже что это проблема не тотала, так как иксплорер показывает также в кодировке UTF-8...

please test this new test version (1.08 BETA 1):

(not to be released on wincmd.ru or totalcmd.net)

This new version has a new configuration setting:
