Помогите найти хелп на русом языке.... Про Windos Commader плиз... С описанием как там копировать ваставльть и всё такое ... Ну в общем для чайницы=)) Заранее благодарна...

http://wincmd.ru/plugring/ext_rus.html - здесь полный набор русификации Total Commander (Windows Commander уже два года как называется Total Commander), включая перевод справки.
Также существует ещё неофициальная справка - это не перевод оригинальной, а сборник полезной информации. Сходу найти его в чистом виде я не смог, можно взять, например, отсюда: http://totalcmd.nm.ru/tchelpru.7z
