Почему список статей не обновляется уже как год?
Я думаю имеет смысл создать на форуме раздел, где пользователи публиковали бы свои статьи, посвещенные Тotal Сommander'у, а затем уже, лучше статьи публиковались бы на сайте. Idea

Потому что для этого нет нормального интерфейса. Статьи сейчас лучше публиковать в TCKB.
