Когда создешь SFV самим TC он добавляет комментарии типа

Батник. Попробуй find с ключом /v - он находит то, что НЕ содержится в параметрах самой команды find. То есть параметром задаешь то, что мешает, а все остальное пишешь в файл-приемник. Должно сработать.
