Flasher, торрент не удалился после перезапуска ТС
ShellExec /SW_HIDE "cmd /c del d:\Downloads\*.torrent", все по инструкции, конфиг переименовал в одно имя с расширением.

Serge Yolkin , торрент-файлам можно запретить записываться?

Переставил кавычку в примере.

теоретически можно всё, только это ничего не даст, т.к. чтобы их запустить нужно, чтобы они записались - простая логика. Можно сохранять их в папку %TEMP%, которая при перезагрузке будет очищаться автоматически.

autorun.cfg - чтобы было одинаковое имя
