вроде как по стабильнее работает, по крайней мере за неделю вылетала только пару раз!

а можно ещё добавить возможность изменить времени показа подсказки (balloon), а то слишком долго)

C балуном есть проблема. Есть планы переписать хинт полностью, чтобы отображать нужно время
