Столкнулся из ситуацией, когда виндовс (а также и Total Commander) не видят что находится на СД или ДВД диске, но вся информация там присутствует и свободно копируется "прогой" IsoBuster.

Плагин, который работая в обход Windows, позволяет просматривать и копировать данные с компакт-дисков (работа напрямую с секторами, дорожками и сесиями CD-DVD).


P.S. Как смог так и объяснил. Возможно у вас это получится лучше.
Похожей темы не нашол.
Неполхо было бы соединить с badcopy 1.0.0.4.
Пользуюсь Total Commander более 5 лет.
