Можно ли настроить программу, что бы перемешение работало как в винде , то есть почти моментально не зависимо от кол-ва файлов .... потому как если файлов действительно много ... десятки тысячь ... перемешение их , средствами Тотало растягивается на долгие часы ...

Можно. Отключи использование комментариев.

тихо в сторону

при чём тут, казалось бы, перемещение на уровень выше
