Как запретить тоталу менять дату каталога при изменении\удалении файла внутри этой папки?

Можно подумать, тоталу больше нечем заняться... Smile
Это операционной системе делать нечего, вот она и изменяет даты. Вообще говоря, для каталогов дата модификации практически бессмысленна.
