Какие настройки следует поменять в параметрах кнопки "архивирование с паролированием" (если параметры, например, такие:
Code:
a -hpпароль -m5 -rr3p -r -t -ibck -ep1 -ag_[yyyy.mm.dd-hh.mm.ss] -- "%O.rar" %S

), чтобы в архиве было видны файлы/папки?

использовать вместо ключа -hp ключ -p

К Общим вопросам тема отношения не имеет. Поскольку дело тут не в кнопке, а в уточнении стандартных параметров RAR-архивации, переношу в Программное обеспечение. Заголовок уточнён.
