Alt+F7 в TC.

почему бы не положить "Искать в DOS", UTF-16, UTF-8 + "HEX-код" - в
отдельный столбец. Они похожи. А "Рег Выр" положить в столбец 1
на место DOS. если не хватает места можно диалог повыше сделать.

почему "Рег Выр" №1 - сдвинуто(влево)?? смысл?

Не помню такого. Напротив, он высказался как раз в том плане, что можно бы так сделать. Лучше сразу тогда напомнить и про это дело.
