Эм... чтобы пользоваться всеми сервисами, доступ к которым предоставляет плагин, надо иметь аккаунты в этих сервисах. Если аккаунта нет - то надо зарегистрироваться. И это не плагин просит. Без аккаунта на дропбоксе ничего на дропбокс не зальёшь любым способом.
