Спасиба, надеюсь поможет.

По-моему ини-файл лучше все таки пихать в папку со своим плагином чтоб не мусорить лишний раз в папке тотала и чтоб юзверь точно знал где валяется ини-файл конкретного плагина а не ковырялся в lsplugin.ini или еще где нибуть.
И вопще из десятков тех плагинов которые у мну установлены только пара суёт настройки в дефаулт ини и тройка в ини-файл расположенный в директории приложения(тотала). Ну может еще ктото в виндузовскую папку сует -- не смотрел.
