В свойствах модема есть соотв. галочка.

В том то и дело, что вроде все галочки стоят, а свойства подключения показывают, что ничего не сжимается.

Провайдер:
Наверно "Белорусская государственная телефонная компания" --

Soft Modem может и не поддерживать. Попробуй обновить драйвер.
