можно ли сделать так, чтобы по нажатию alt + f1 (f2) в выпадающем списке появлялось не только буква диска и его метка, но и как на панели "xxx из yyy свободно", или что-то похожее.

В этом меню нельзя. Но можно воспользоваться командой cm_OpenDrives, которая открывает в панели TC папку "Мой компьютер".

а вижу, в меню "системный папки". А можно ли на них задать горячие клавиши?
