Можно ли задать для каждой папки в Тотале свои настройки колонок. Т.е. что бы при входе в папку включался настроенный именно для нее набор колонок? В одной папке такой, а в другой такой?

Да, можно с помощью моего плагина SuperWdx. К сожалению, сейчас у меня никак не находится времени прибить в нём пару багов, но, думаю, попробовать поработать с ним стоит.

Ищите плагин где обычно.
