Есть плагин для bzip2, а внутренний TAR Тотал своими средствами обработать сможет.

Гислеровский вроде прокатил. Тар он отображает криво, но обрабатывает верно.
А тот, что по ссылке Kent, кричит: "неизвестный формат".

Почему-то он не воспринимает расширение tbz. Если поменять на tar.bz2, то открывает нормально.
