Мне не очень нравиться цвет "несовпадений" (синий), при сравнении файлов по содержанию. Не очень хорошо видно. Можно ли и как изменить этот цвет на другой?

Настройка -> Цвета, в выпадающем списке выбираешь нужный пункт и задаёшь любой цвет.

PS: Никаких секретов и трюков тут нет, поэтому переношу в "Общие вопросы".
