Есть ли в ТС журнал нескопированных файлов, которые пропускаются после нажатия кнопки Skip All

В TC7 - есть. Настройка - Файл отчёта, там включаешь Пропущенные, и в лог будут записываться только те файлы, которые были пропущены.
