Как вариант, а еще это бывает в случае если память Оперативная выходит из строя.
Причем часть файлов (не обязательно только ЕХЕ) запускаются нормлаьно а часть не может быть обработана так как неправильно определяется.
Но при этом регулярно выполняется БСОД.
За мою админскую жизнь уже дважды сталкивался с подобным.
