При установке плагина ClipHistWFX 0.1.1 выдается сообщение

Возможно, в системе не установлены необходимые для работы плагина библиотеки. Учитывая ворох библиотек api-ms-win-core* в таблице импорта, ему необходим Visual C++ Redistributable.
