http://wincmd.ru/files/wincmd_icl_changer.zip - как же я долго искал эту прогу... В "иконки 2" не заходил полгода - ещё бы я помнил, что там есть
ссылка на инструкции по установке, в самом конце которых будет нужная ссылка. Всё искал на странице с утилитами для TC. МБ, там ей и место? (Это я к тому, что надо добавить там ссылку)
